BIGCUBE wins for me due to the sheer variety, not to mention the full GameCube set. Also the 600 Wii games are incredible. Many of the Wii titles are in the top 100 games ever made. Xenoblade Chronicles, Dead Space Extraction, Cursed Mountain, Super Mario Galaxy 1&2, Zelda's...amazing stuff.
You guys are making my decision harder lol it's a toss up between the XS2 and the Bigcube
